Melatonin is your body’s own natural sleep component. The more time you spend in the dark, the more of it will be produced by the body. However, due to our excessive interaction with technology (phones, computers etc…), a lot of people chronically have low levels of it. Melatonin has been studied for years and it’s benefits are countless. Many people report that, they have amazing dreams with this stuff! So enjoy your dreams!
SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule around 10PM. This way you mimic natural Melatonin production.
Gotu Kola by EarthWiseOrganics
Gotu Kola is a herb that is widely used in far east. It’s positive impact on sleep and overall health is backed up by many scientific studies. It isn’t exactly a sleep aid and won’t work on a per need basis. However, taken continuously over the course of a few weeks, it will have a great impact on mood and sleep. Gotu Kola also has a great ability of healing wounds and repairing joints! It’s a great herb overall! Take one capsule daily for at least a week to see results! Best taken with a meal.
New Moon Beginnings : Sleep Well Mist
This thing smells great! You can spray some on your pillow, linens and/or the center of the room. It smells amazing and starts working the moment you start smelling it’s aromatherapeutic compounds. It’s a great way of creating a calming environment before going to sleep! It’s super safe to use also and could be used continuously for as long as you wish.

SOMNIA-Zz Essential Oil Blend
This is a great essential oil blend for insomnia. Studies confirm that many herbs can induce sleepiness without the need if direct ingestion. A simple touch on the skin or smell can have a great deal of relaxing effect. This is exactly what this blend does. The usage is simple; rub some under your nose, or put a few drops in a bath. If you have a diffuser , you could diffuse it also! Contains all natural ingredients and nothing else.

How could I take these together?
We advice against combining different compounds initially. You should test each of them in isolation to see how they effect you. Once you know how your body reacts to each one individually, we encourage you to track your sleep! You could do so by keeping a sleep diary! Here’s a very good one : Sleep Diary . A sleep diary will help you identify how different combinations of these products affected your sleep in the past, so it is very crucial. Once you have the sleep diary ready, start taking your Melatonin. Melatonin will work immediately so you’ll know if you like it or not from day 1. Then try taking Gotu Kola with your dinners for at least a whole week and track your sleep quality over the course of that week. Once you tested both Gotu Kola and Melatonin, try to experiment with the other products. Since they’re both aromatherapy based, try taking them on different days to see how you like them. Once you tried all products, start combining them and see how they stack together.
